Can you take Ibuprofin and Acetominiphin at the same time? (SP. I know.)?

Please help.
At regular doses or less?
Advice?
Answer:
Yes you can. You can take the regular dose of each. You will get better results however if you stagger them. Take a dose of the one and then 2 hours later a dose of the other and alternate this way. By doin this you won't get the problem of the relief wearing off between doses.
no you shouldnt mix them...why would you want to?
Actually yes you can. Recently I was given a perscription for Vicodin after surgery which has Acetominiphin in it and told if I need anything else to take Advil which is Ibuprofen. You cannot use Tylenol because it also has Acetominiphin and to much can damage you liver. Just do not use to much of any medication even over the counter.
My mother also takes Vicodin and is not allowed Tylenol but can take small amounts of Advil in between.
Yep
yes, although it's generally best to take them 2 hours apart (i.e. take an advil, then take tylenol 2 hours later, then advil 2 hours later... etc). It'll keep the pain down without both of them wearing off at the same time and possibly being too early to take something else again.
Yes you can, in fact I did that last night for the onset of a migraine. You can use the regular doses depending on how well you tolerate the meds regularly.
