Blood groups are not associated with any personality traits.
I think what you are asking is something that is thought to occur in the system of "Eat Right For Your Blood Type". I am not sure it has any foundation in medical science but I think the people who follow the diet would say it does. There are a lot of good websites on the net about this diet system and there are books too.
