Cingulum plateau?

Does anybody know what is the equivalent in Spanish for Cingulum plateau? Do you know at least the definition? It is some part in the mouth but I just can't find what it is!! It is very common in orthodontics texts.
Answer:
It's used in the context of incisors, and is a plateau like depression in the inner surface of the incisors where most of the time the lower incisors touch the upper ones at the depression, or at the edge which is like a protruberance; when we close our mouth.
